LOVELY VINTAGE MIRROR
Lovely vintage hanging mirror measuring about 7-1/2" wide by 5-1/2" deep - mirror is a tad less than 3/4" thick. Design is so unusual - it is made of stacked layers with a scalloped edge and decorative stamped design as shown - back is solid with a lovely basketweave pattern and hanging chain for wall display. Stamped clearly ISIK and 925, condition is lovely - mirror has a few very faint shallow tiny scratches from age and use - believe this was intended as a wedding or courting mirror - a hint of tarnish does not detract. Just a lovely Turkish mirror - wonderful addition to any home, collection or display!
