Do you own a U25K knot meter made by Moor Electronics or Electro Marine Systems and it is need of repair.
We can do that repair for you, we have all the parts in stock to make repairs on your unit.
The fee is paid to Big Blue Enterprises, this cost is for the initial inspection of the unit and is figured in to the cost of the repair.
This fee must be paid before the unit is sent in for
the repair, no units will be looked at without it.
This fee is
not refundable under any conditions
once you have sent the unit to us.
General Repair Information
Should your Moor Electronics or Electro Marine Systems "
EMS
" instrument become inoperative or if you believe there is a problem with it, please return the complete unit to the address below for service. When returning the unit include a note, with a return address, daytime phone number, you can also send a check for to cover the service fee "saves you $ 2.50" and a description of the problem.
The check is made out to Big Blue Enterprises, this cost is for the inspection of the unit and is figured in to the cost of the repair.
This check must be sent with the repair, no units will be looked at without it.
The problems with your unit can be in any one of the components that is needed for operation, this includes wires. We would recommend that you send in all parts necessary for the operation of your unit. This will allow our repair department to diagnose the failure of your unit with greater speed. Once we have determined the cost of repairing your unit, we will call you with an estimate.
We will not repair the unit until you respond to our service department. If you elect not to have the unit repaired, there will be a service charge of .00, which you pre-paid for. labor for each unit, (+ shipping). Repairs can be paid for by Master Card, Visa,
COD
or you can pay by check.

Shipping
Buyer responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including any applicable taxes, tariffs or duties. Repairs typically take 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of unit, although international shipments may require additional time to process.
All of our shipping will be through
UPS
because they have actual tracking and it is worth the couple extra cents. Also they provide free insurance of up to a 0.00 value. Because of these reasons, we do not ship USPS for items over .
Low value items that are shipped by USPS are done so at the buyers’ risk.
These items are shipped without tracking numbers or insurance.
So if the package is lost or damaged we will not refund cost of item or replace it.
That is why USPS shipping cost is so inexpensive
Incorrect shipping information – If the package we send to you is returned to our company due to incorrect address, a .00 return fee will be charged.
In addition you will be charge a second shipping fee, equal to original fee.
Note - you are paying the shipping cost to and from our shop.  Ebay does not have a listing button for this, they only have "No Shipping - Local Pickup only".  So you will have to take it to your local UPS store and ship the package.
WARRANTY
We at Big Blue would like to assure our customers of our commitment to produce only the finest products at a reasonable price. Big Blue guarantees our instruments for a period of one year from the date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. In the event of malfunction, return the instrument to the factory prepaid with .00 for handling and proof of purchase date, to Big Blue. Any repairs as a result of misuse, miswiring, or application will be charged to the customer at nominal rates. Big Blue will assume no liability for any charges involved in installing or removing equipment for repair under this warranty. Big Blue assumes no liability except as stated above.
Products that are serviced by Big Blue carry a 90-day guarantee from the date your product ships from our plant.
This warranty covers only parts replaced.
