1997 Complete collection. Issued 2016. Regal yet, demur, this portrait, taken on 26th February 1990 by Terence Donovan, shows Diana as the epitome of a princess. For this formal portrait Diana wore her diamond tiara pearl earrings and her favorite dress from her wardrobe of state by Victor Edelstein. The dress and bolero are grandly embroidered with white flower sprays in silver and gold beads, and at a cost of 55,000 euros, it was the most expensive dress Diana had ever bought.
