This pair is really old. I am not sure if they were originally electric. The creamy paint is old and chippy. It may be lead based due to its age. Both lights were tested and work.
The cast iron sconces swivel. This is a beautiful original antique set. They came from a haunted Antique collector estate and have not been cleaned, painted, or altered. I am selling them as I found them.
