Q. How can I tell if my iPod has a bad battery?
A. If your iPod has a noticeable drain of battery power when using it, or if your iPod shuts off right away when plugged in to an external power source, then the battery is bad. A water damaged iPod can also produce symptoms of a bad battery.
Q. How should I mail my iPod?
A. USPS with delivery confirmation.
I won't be responsible if your iPod gets lost in the mail.
Don't send your iPod via UPS/FedEx, they will leave it outside!!!
Q. How does this auction / repair service work?
A. You purchase & pay for the auction, you ship your iPod to me, I fix it & ship it back.
Q. How soon will I get my iPod back?
A. The sooner you mail it out, the sooner you get it back. Once I receive it, turn around is usually 2 days with return shipping & delivery confirmation.
In the event that your device is not fixable for what ever reason, you will be refunded half the cost of the repair(s), to cover any troubleshooting & shipping charges.
