This service will fix the bad signal chip on circuit board that c
ause your phone has no signal. The easiest way to check that is by dialing *#06#
it automatically has to show the IMEI of your phone. If after dialing this sequence the phone does not show any information you are looking for the appropriate service for your failure
Please Note:
This service only fixes the
signal chip
on the circuit board, it does NOT fix or replace any other issues or peripherals on your phone such as cameras, microphone, speakers, volume buttons, home button and etc...
Due to the complexity of the
signal chip
, we do not accept phones that had a failed-attempt repair on this issue, or water damaged phones.  If you sent in a phone that had a previous repair, or you did not disclose all issues on the phone to us, we are not responsible for other issues on the phone. (if any). Simply write it on paper and put it into the package.  If we can't test your phone before sending it back to you, then we will not be able to offer a warranty on the repair.  If you’re okay with no warranty, then we’re okay with no passcode.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the package and phone are properly secured to prevent damage. A tracking number is provided by USPS to track the location of your package.

After receiving the package, the phone will be repaired within 24 - 48 hours and shipped back to the buyer.

This repair comes with a 30-day warranty since the date of purchase.
Our guarantee covers the primary issue that we repaired but does not cover the entire device
.  If there is an issue after the repair, please contact us first and ship back your device for repair. Please note, warranty does not cover if the phone was dropped .
Your warranty will be backed up in a database with the IMEI number of your phone. If your IMEI is not in our database then there will be no guarantee.
