    First Baptist Church Stratford Connecticut Collector Plate
    We are pleased to offer this lovely souvenir plate featuring the First Baptist Church, Stratford, Connecticut. It pictures a green church in the center with pink band on the rim and a ring of gold filigree on the verge. It has a white band on the rim with in-mold embossed design and 22k trim. This Eggshell Georgian blank was produced by Homer Laughlin circa 1953, and the design was done by the World Wide Arts Studio, Covington, Tenn.
    This display plate measures 9-3/4" in diameter. Its back has a detailed history of the church from its founding in 1877. It has a little wear on the green word "Church" on the front (extremely minor); otherwise it is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, crazing or cracks. Just a lovely piece of historical church china that is sure to be of interest to anyone with ties to Stratford, CT or to the First Baptist Church in particular.
