Fantastic Colorful White Opalescent Beaded Shell Pattern Tumbler

What a beautiful glass pattern Beaded Shell tumbler this is!  My mom had displayed this in a prominent place in her china.  The White color just sparkles.  The color stands out 100 times more in person than my pics show.  Exquisite detail top to bottom.  No damage.  I was told this is Dugan but it may not be.  If anyone knows the maker, I would appreciate an email.  Thank you.
