This listing is for the repair of a Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet with a damaged USB port or connector (sometimes referred to as a charging port).
The price includes 1 brand new USB connector professionally installed, tested and the returned insured shipping of the tablet to the buyer's address.
Please note that the replacement connectors that we use are a much higher quality than the original. Also they are keyed to prevent accidental forced plugging in of the charging cable upside down.
The repair turn around time after receipt of your tablet is 2 to 4 business days.
The buyer of this service agrees to pay and arrange for the shipping and insurance to our service center. ( Be sure to properly package and insure your tablet.)
Ship to information and instructions will be provided via email message after purchase of the service to our facility in Camarillo, Ca.
This auction does not include any other repairs other than the broken USB connector (or "charging port") issue.
We warranty the repair for 90 days.

If the damage is beyond repair, the tablet will be returned to the buyer and the fee will be returned (minus the return shipping charge).
