made about 1910 ( Dugan made glassware from 1904-1931)
incredible iridescence
hard to isolate a color as it varies as your rotate the tumbler and the light catches it
about 4" tall
rim has no chips
base has 2- see last couple of photos
sits flat ( the tilt in the phots is my lack of photography skills)
